Do photographs prove an experience?

The Mona Lisa is quite clearly the biggest drawcard here. Deservedly so. Didn't quite get the fuss about what would now be considered a fairly plain looking young woman. But the use of shadow and light is pretty impressive. I get it. Is it the best painting in the world? Doesn't matter.

This is the only photo I took of any art. The experience was more about looking at, into and through the various pieces. A photograph with the eyes. What was amazing was the number of people who'd go up to a piece, take a photo and move on without really looking at it. Guess their experience is in their digital photo album (or blog ;)).

Sorry. More photo's of ceilings. Well, they are amaze-balls!
